Owners are Mr. Vladimir Malishev and Ms. Irina Andreeva, his wife.

Mr. Malishev and Mrs. Andreeva graduated from Mykolaiv shipbuilding institute as mechanical engineers, Mr. Malishev worked till 1993 as a commissioning mechanical engineer and then as a main project manager (production/delivery) on the military ships in Saint-Petersburg shipyard, delivered 17 complete ships.

Company started work with Thomas Gunn Navigation Services Ltd., UK. (TG) in July of 2009.
